This is an ultrasound, which raised suspicion of a bladder mass.

Here's our surgery scrub, shave and preparation.

The bladder is exteriorized through a ventral abdomenal incision.

An incision is made into the bladder.

The bladder is now open for examination.

See the thick bladder lining?  This tissue was sent in for biopsy.

The bladder is being closed in two layers.

The bladder is returned to the abdomen and a three-layer closure is performed.
